- NO CATS ALLOWED - The B&B has two resident retired greyhounds and an Australian Shepard that are gentle, but NOT cat friendly.
- We do allow dogs traveling with their owners. Reservation can only be for the cabin. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per day per dog.
- Room Rates based on double occupancy.
- Are room prices are based on double occupancy. There will be an additional charge for breakfasts for anything over 2 people to a room.
- A deposit will be required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash.
- No smoking in any buildings
- Continental Breakfast served before 8:00am
- Full Country Breakfast served at 8:30 a.m.
- Daily Dinners available for extra charge (Minimum 2 day notice)
- Please notify us prior with special dietary needs.
- All reservations with horses boarded will need a signed waiver on file. Horses must have a Coggins test within the past 90 days. $15.00 per day, per horse, owner of horse provides feed & clean-up
- Check-in: 3:00pm
- Please inform us of any arrival after 8:30pm.
